Annual maintenance: 20% of the license fee. The KOSGEB Package is structured to fit the KOSGEB Digital Transformation Support Program application file (the support decision belongs to KOSGEB). The Defense package includes a physically isolated deployment (on-prem / private server — your data stays on infrastructure that is yours alone) and a hardened configuration; the on-prem commitment is given after installation-resilience verification.

Do prices include VAT?
No, prices exclude VAT. Your invoice is issued with 20% VAT.
What is the difference between annual and monthly billing?
Listed prices are for annual billing. If you prefer monthly billing, 15% is added to the price.
What is the Founding Customer Program?
For the first 10 facilities only: the Pro plan at ₺9,000/mo instead of ₺15,000, with the price locked for 2 years. In exchange we ask for a case study, a reference and KPI data sharing. The program closes once the quota is filled.
Why are operator and auditor users free?
We want every operator on the floor to log records — per-user pricing punishes exactly that. Your auditor gets free read-only access, so there is no fighting over screens on audit day.
What does the onboarding fee cover?
A one-time ₺75,000 (₺60,000 for cohort installations): data migration, industry template tailoring, training and a 2-week controlled go-live. Onboarding acceptance is tied to KPI measurements we define together.
Do you run free pilots / PoCs?
No. Our pilots are paid and time-boxed: setup fee + a 3-month package. Acceptance criteria are written up front; on acceptance, 50% of the pilot fee is credited toward the annual subscription. Open-ended free trials respect neither side.
Can I install on-premises (on my own servers)?
Yes — with a perpetual license + 20% annual maintenance. We give the on-prem commitment only after our installation-resilience verification (clean install + restore-from-backup drill) is completed for your environment; we will not put you in a "we installed it, we thought it worked" situation.
Can I benefit from KOSGEB support?
Manufacturing-management (MES) investments can qualify under the KOSGEB Digital Transformation Support Program. Our KOSGEB Package is structured to fit the application file, and we help you prepare the roadmap. The support decision belongs to KOSGEB — we cannot guarantee approval.
What is your discount policy?
Our off-list discount cap is 15%; the only exception is the Founding Customer Program. Pricing follows the same rule for everyone — not whoever negotiates hardest.
Will prices increase later?
For founding customers the price is locked for 2 years. For other subscriptions the annual increase is written into the contract; list-price updates apply only to new customers.
I have multiple facilities — how does that work?
Each facility is a separate subscription; the second and subsequent facilities get 50% off the base price.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data belongs to you. When leaving, you can export all of it as CSV/Excel.
